ALBANY, N.Y. -- Police say the man who drove the wrong way on 787 this weekend was driving under the influence. Police pulled over a white minivan as it was traveling north in the southbound lane of 787.

State troopers say Brian Perry, 21, had a blood-alcohol level of .23. That's nearly three times the legal limit.

Perry was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated. He also received several traffic tickets.
