ALBANY, N.Y. -- The victim of a stabbing on Morris Street has died from his injuries.

Albany police said Arthur Bell, 20, was stabbed in the chest and back during an altercation with another man around 6:30 p.m. The suspect fled the scene after the stabbing.

Bell was taken to Albany Medical Center where he was pronounced dead shortly after midnight.

The search for the suspect continues.
