CAPITAL REGION, N.Y. -- Amy Seyboth Tirador's mother, Colleen Murphy, invited all local media to say she doesn't know why she wasn't included and isn't satisfied with any presumed conclusions about her daughter's death.

Murphy says she's upset. Upset that the Army's Criminal Investigation Division has closed its case and upset that Amy's father and Amy's husband acted independently of her and the CID.

Despite what Jerry Seyboth told YNN early Wednesday, Murphy asserts she had no part in exhuming her daughter's body. The secrecy, she says, makes her suspicious. She says she'll accept suicide if there's proof, but she hasn't found it.

"The fact of the truth of the matter of Amy committing suicide or not will come out. Amy was murdered. As far as I'm concerned, with the CID report, a 15-year-old could have done it," Murphy said.

Murphy says she will continue her own investigation with spiritual guidance and the help of her lawyer. She says she won't stop until she finds answers.
