A local teacher gets a top grade, winning a national award and a $25,000 prize. Schenectady Elementary School teacher Heather O'Leary has won the Milken Education Award, handed out nationally to exceptional educators. O'leary is surprised, but as our Sabina Kuriakose reports, her students are not.
