ALBANY, N.Y. -- An Albany man has pleaded guilty to raping and assaulting a 21-year-old woman inside her Dove Street apartment in November.

Keith Dare, 38, pleaded guilty to predatory sexual assault, a felony. He will receive a minimum of 25 years in state prison.

Dare admitted to forcing his way into a woman's apartment on November 29th, then attacked and raped her in front of her two-year-old daughter. He is a registered level three sex offender. He was convicted in 1989 for the rape and robbery of an elderly Albany woman.

Dare is scheduled to be sentenced in June.
