COLONIE, N.Y. -- In Colonie, storms brought damaging winds in the area of Computer Drive West and Wolf Road around 2 p.m. Tuesday.

The National Weather Service says winds were estimated as high as at 85 miles per hour, due to what's called a microburst. That means some strong downward winds in one area.

While no buildings were damaged, winds were strong enough to uproot trees.

No one was hurt.
