ALBANY, N.Y. -- An Albany man is facing at least seven years in prison for a deadly crash last year. District Attorney David Soars said Jacob Hooper, 30, pleaded guilty to manslaughter.
Back on October 30th, Albany police tried to pull over Hooper who was driving a stolen SUV. But he drove off, hitting speeds of 90 miles an hour before he ran a red light killing David Concordia, 62, and injuring his son Patrick, 18.
Hooper will now face up to 15 years in prison when he's sentenced next month.
