ALBANY, N.Y. -- An Albany man was arrested after police said he used a computer in a private office at Albany Memorial hospital to look at porn.
Police were called to the hospital around 6 p.m. Thursday after security detained a man who they said was inside an X-Ray Technician's private office using a hospital-owned computer.
The suspect, identified as Messiah Holloway, 23, was caught as he tried to run out of the hospital after staff noticed him inside the office.
Holloway told officers he was at the hospital visiting his grandfather who was a patient. But police said his grandfather was discharged earlier this month.
"His grandfather was in the hospital and was released February 5th, so he was no long there," said Albany Police Spokesman James Miller. "So it was a pretty clear indication that he went there to gain access to a computer so he could look at pornography sites."
Holloway was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal trespass and unauthorized use of a computer. He is currently on parole for weapons possession.
