State to cover local share of disaster recovery and response costs

The state is throwing a very large life preserver out to local communities hit hard by last year's flooding. Governor Cuomo was in Schoharie County where he announced that $61 million will go to 25 counties to relieve costs from Irene and Lee. Solomon Syed reports.
