Case against Dion Lewis and brother adjourned

ALBANY, N.Y. -- The cases against Dion Lewis and his brother, Lamar, have been adjourned for six months and the charges reduced.
The two appeared in Albany City Court Monday afternoon. The brothers were brought up on felony charges after an incident at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Albany on July 8th.
The former Albany Academy stand out and his brother were accused of falsely reporting a fire and reckless endangerment. According to an officials, those charges have been reduced and the felony charge dropped.
Both of the cases have been adjourned for six months and will likely be dismissed at that time.
