TROY, N.Y. -- Four jurors have been seated in Edward McDonough's retrial on voter fraud charges.
The Rensselaer County Democratic board of elections commissioner has been charged with forging ballots in the 2009 city council elections. His first trial earlier this year ended in a hung jury, along with his co-defendant, Michael LoPorto a former Troy city councilman.
The judge then declared a mistrial and ordered the two tried separately.
Jury selection will resume Thursday morning.
