COLONIE, N.Y. -- Americans will wind up spending more than $12 billion just on game day and most of that's going to be spent on food.

We’re expected to eat 30 million pounds of snack food and 158 million avocados. We'll drink 50 million cases of beer and chew on 1.2 billion chicken wings.

At Sara Bella's Pizza in Colonie, the ovens have been warmed up and the toppings are being spread by the handful. Sara Bella's owner says he's already had more than two dozen orders Sunday morning.

"I have enough. My staff here is great. You know, a lot of them have known me for a long time. But you've been doing something for 15 years, it's just second nature. Every pizzeria owner lives for this day. They wait all year long for this day," Domenic Fuda said.

Fuda says the orders really start to pour in as the game gets closer.
