ALBANY, N.Y. -- No arrests have been made yet in a shooting late Friday night near First Street and Henry Johnson Boulevard in Albany.

Police said that a man was shot in the back by someone passing in a dark-colored car.

The victim was treated at the scene, and then taken to Albany Medical Center. He has since been released.
