WARREN COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Franklin County man has been arrested for harassing the family of a young girl authorities say he had previously tried to lure into the woods.

The Warren County Sheriff's office says Steve D. Kolnsberg was arrested back in May of 2009 for that incident and charged with stalking and an order of protection was issued. That order expired in September and sheriff's deputies say Kolnsberg then started sending harassing emails and mail to the girl and her family.

An investigation led the sheriff's office to Kolnsberg and investigators say they searched two different locations in Franklin County and seized two computers and other evidence.

Kolnsberg has been arraigned on 10 counts of harassment and sent to the Warren County Jail. Additional charges are expected to be filed.
