WASHINGTON COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Siberian Husky was found on the side of a road in Argyle with its paws duct taped together.
According to State Police, the dog was found Friday morning on Coach Road by a Department of Transportation worker. They say both the front and rear legs were bound with duct tape, as well as the dog's mouth.
According to Queensbury SPCA, the dog was brought to a local vet for a serious neck wound. SPCA says the dog is extremely underweight and the nails were so long they were growing into the paws.
It is unknown how long the dog was on the side of the road.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Queensbury SPCA at 798-3500.
