Saratoga County man accused of attacking woman at gas station
GREENFIELD, N.Y. -- A Saratoga County man was arrested in connection with an attempted kidnapping in Greenfield last week. The incident happened at the Stewart's on Route 9N around 11:30 p.m. on Sept. 22.

Thomas Mould, 29, of Porters Corners is accused of attacking a woman as she finished putting gas in her car. State Police said he forced his way into the vehicle and assaulted the woman inside. He took off after the woman fought back and was located by State Police a short time later.

Mould is charged with attempted kidnapping and strangulation. He was arraigned in the Town of Greenfield and sent to the Saratoga County Jail without bail.

Due to the violent nature of the incident, State Police are asking anyone who may have been in the area that night and may have seen Thomas Mould prior, during or after the attack to give them a call. Anyone who may have other information regarding other incidents involving Mould is also asked to contact State Police in Wilton at (518) 583-7010 or (518) 583-7000.
