Body pulled from river identified

SARATOGA, N.Y. -- Officials in Saratoga County said they have identified the body pulled from the Mohawk River.

Sheriff's deputies said the body is that of Anthony Krisanda, 30, of Schenectady. His death has been ruled as a drowning.

They said they were able to identify him after receiving numerous leads through coverage provided by the local media.

Krisanda was pulled from the river near the Rexford Bridge in Clifton Park after being spotted by a boater on Wednesday.
