SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- Saratoga County Republican Committee Chairman, John "Jasper" Nolan, said he will not seek reelection in September. Nolan has served as the County GOP Chair for 27 years.

He has led the Republican Committee to many successes throughout his tenure, maintaining significant advantages in enrollment, fundraising, and number of offices held by Republicans in Saratoga County. Nolan is also credited with helping to put Republicans in Congress, the New York State Senate, as well as the Assembly.
