Your core strength and balance can prevent injury. Preventing injury has to do with strength. We're going to develop your core. Core strength is important for walking, running, jogging, just about anything. It can prevent you from falling if you trip and you catch yourself because you have a stronger core, preventing injury. So, today we're going to do one basic core strength move, which involves balance.
