ULSTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A homeless Ulster County man has been arrested after State Police say he had sexual contact with a child.

Mario Allen, 22, is facing charges of sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child after police say he had sexual contact with a five-year-old child that was left alone in his care.

Allen was arraigned in the City of Kingston and is being held at the Ulster County Jail on $50,000 bail.
